Our workplaces, the communities we serve, and our donors are finding themselves in transition yet again as the Commonwealth re-opens after almost 15 months of closures and hybrid-services. Here are a few articles to help you navigate fundraising and the workplace as we find our new normal.

Throughout the pandemic we saw exponential growth in digital fundraising. Here are a few examples of what a few organizations are doing right online.

How fundraising has changed (or not changed) due to the pandemic is still very much in debate, but Abby Falik, founder of Global Citizen Year explores what this might mean for many of us moving forward: “Post-Covid, showing up to raise money will no longer mean always showing up in person. Rather it means showing up as a person.”

One thing is clear for sure. There is no going back. Here are a few ways that the nonprofit sector can meet this moment in time. 
While we continue to adjust our strategies and provide the resources our communities require, it’s important that we remember to take care of ourselves and each other.

On April 14, 2021, a panel of non-profit professionals came together on the virtual stage to engage in a discussion on the important topic of pay inequity.

Faith Eutsay, Senior Consultant at Lindauer Global, thoughtfully moderated the discussion and asked the panel—Patricia D. Keenan, Vice President of Advancement, Community and Equity at Ellis, Ahmed Mohammed, Director of Talent Acquisition at Harvard Medical School, Andrea Silbert, President at Eos Foundation, and Sharon J. Stanczak, CFRE, Vice President for Institutional Advancement at the Whitehead Institute—tough questions on the matter to shed light on the systemic problem of pay inequity.
