Feedback from Previous Scholarship Recipients:

"I love the opportunities this scholarship with WID has given me. I have been a member since graduate school, and I would have had to let my membership lapse during the pandemic - had it not been for this award. The scholarship allowed me to continue my membership which, in turn, has opened many doors and networking opportunities for me that words cannot describe.  I am more involved and even helped organize a program this year. Now it is my time to give it back to my community. WID is a place where people come together to lift each other up and help each other navigate professional situations. I am lucky to be part of such a fantastic organization." - Laís A. M. Fortaleza, Major Gifts Officer at Oxfam America
