Nibal Awad, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Donor Impact, Positive Tracks

Nibal Awad serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Donor Impact at Positive Tracks, a nonprofit that equips young people with the skills, coaching, and resources needed to change the world through the power of physical activity. They call it Sweating For Good. Nibal has over a decade of experience in development and community engagement. In her previous role, she served as the Managing Director of Alumni Engagement and Giving at St. John's Prep during the institution's most extensive seven-year capital campaign. While there, she rebuilt an alumni board and a 500-alumni-strong internship and mentoring program. In her current role at Positive Tracks, Nibal engages a broad spectrum of supporters, including corporate partners and their employees. She is motivated by the influential role individuals and organizations can have in creating change through Positive Tracks' mission. A proud alumna of Roger Williams University, Nibal serves as President Emeritus of the Alumni Association and volunteers as an alumni mentor. She's deeply committed to providing youth, from all backgrounds, with opportunities and access to education and leadership. Nibal also enjoys traveling and gardening and is a self-proclaimed foodie.

Carly Churchill, Associate Director of Advancement, The Cotting School
Carly Churchill is Associate Director of Advancement at Cotting School in Lexington, Massachusetts. Cotting is a state-approved private special education school that serves students ages 3-22 with disabilities and complex medical conditions. In her role, she manages the annual fund, alumni relations, foundation/corporate relations, volunteer coordination and event planning. Prior to Cotting, she worked at Brooks School, as a Gift Officer and Director of Alumni Programs. During that time she gained experience in managing alumni volunteers for the Brooks Fund and the Alumni Board. Carly is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is currently working toward earning the CFRE credential.

Ginny Fuller Marinaro, Sr. Director of Development, Brigham & Women's Hospital
Ginny Fuller Marinaro is Senior Director of Development at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. With over 16 years of experience specializing in academic healthcare nonprofits, Ginny has served as a frontline fundraiser for two billion-dollar campaigns, has built and managed volunteer boards, and has secured transformative funding from individuals, foundations, corporations, and estates. She is a senior member of the team that launched the Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases at the Brigham and exceeded its $50 million fundraising goal. Prior to the Brigham, Ginny served in major gift roles at Rhode Island Hospital’s Hasbro Children’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She is passionate about helping others make a significant impact on the world around them.
