2024-2025 WID Board of Directors

Call for Nominations! Submission Deadline March 30

Women in Development of Greater Boston (WIDGB) is currently seeking nominees and expressions of interest for open positions on the Board of Directors. Both self-nominations and nominations of colleagues are enthusiastically welcomed. This is a tremendous opportunity to expand your professional network and help your development colleagues hone and sharpen skills for an ever-evolving industry.

WIDGB board members typically serve a two-year term (board members-at-large serve a one-year term) beginning July 1 and ending June 30.   The board meets four times a year (including in person or virtual), with regular communication between meetings by email/phone.

Board nominees should meet the following criteria:

* Interested in helping others advance in the profession as demonstrated by leadership within the workplace and/or among professionals in the field
* Represent diverse view points on the board
* Prior volunteer involvement with WIDGB
* Ability to attend board and (as appropriate) committee meetings

Board positions include committee co-chair roles. Descriptions of each committee are available at https://www.widgb.org/committees.
