With 25 years of fundraising experience, Jill is a Director of Planned Giving at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where she oversees the estate administration team, carries a donor portfolio and collaborates with colleagues across the Philanthropy Division to incorporate planned giving opportunities into donor strategies. Jill rejoined Dana-Farber in 2020 and is considered a “boomerang” employee since she began her career at DFCI after graduating from Wheaton College in Norton, MA.  Before rejoining Dana-Farber, Jill worked at the Boston Symphony Orchestra, United Way of Mass Bay/Merrimack Valley and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston where she held a variety of roles which all included a planned giving component. Jill and her family live on the South Shore and spend much of their free time at a variety of hockey rinks in New England.

Arlene D. Schiff is currently the Senior Advisor of the LIFE & LEGACY® program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. In this role she provides training and support to Jewish communities, and their local organizations, who are working to build their endowments through after-lifetime giving.  Arlene served as LIFE & LEGACY’s National Director for more than nine years, overseeing the program’s implementation in 72 communities (and more than 750 organizations) throughout the U.S. and Canada.  Prior to joining HGF, Arlene served as the Executive Director of the Jewish Federation of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds a MA from Harvard University.
