Wendy Wilsker, Managing Partner, Boyden

Since 1993, Wendy Wilsker has served the non-profit sector as a front-line fundraiser, consultant, executive recruiter and senior manager. Wendy is currently Managing Partner at Boyden, a global executive search firm. Prior to joining Boyden, Wendy Wilsker served as Chief Advancement Officer for Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Greater Boston. From 2010 to 2014, Wendy served as a Search Director at Lindauer Global. Wendy has led Development Programs at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, American Jewish Committee, The Rashi School and Lahey Hospital. 

Wendy and her husband Michael reside in Westborough, MA with their four children. Wendy is a proud alumna of the SI Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University. Wendy is proud to be a member of the WIDGB Board of Directors and serves as Co-Chair of Nominating and Governance.  She is also an active member of Allies in Action Membership Network.

 In her free time Wendy enjoys hiking, biking, traveling and riding her Peloton, #wendyhockeymom!

 

Nicole Dumas, Director of Advancement Talent, Boston College
Nicole Dumas is the Director of Advancement Talent in the Office of University Advancement at Boston College. In this role, Ms. Dumas oversees the recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of the Office's 200+ associates. Additionally, she is responsible for leading the Office's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before joining Boston College, Nicole was Director of Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy at the Boston Latin School Association, where she helped raise over $50M for their Prima Perpetua comprehensive campaign. Ms. Dumas also brings nearly 20 years of experience in corporate sales, relationship management, and sales training and program experience with Fidelity Investments.   

 Ms. Dumas serves on the board of directors for Women in Development of Greater Boston and is the Membership Committee's co-chair. 

 

Sarah Krasin, Executive Vice President, CCS Fundraising

Sarah leads CCS’s Boston office and oversees the firm’s New England-based client partnerships. Since joining the firm in 2012, Sarah’s client engagements have spanned all major non-profit sectors and included campaign planning studies, major gift program development, interim development management, and capital campaign management. Her knowledge of the national philanthropic landscape includes direct experience designing and managing fundraising initiatives for clients headquartered in New England, the West Coast, and Midwest, with goals ranging from $3 million to $1 billion. She has specific expertise in designing and managing national, comprehensive major gift campaigns, particularly for institutions with nascent or start-up programs.

Sarah is the co-founder of CCS Elevate, the firm’s thought leadership initiative designed to apply CCS best practices to the next big questions in philanthropy. She is also a member of the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Practice.

Prior to joining CCS, Sarah managed and consulted for more than 20 political fundraising programs in the Midwest and Southern California. During her time in politics, Sarah coached candidates for local, state, and federal offices on effective fundraising strategies that allowed them to out-raise incumbents and win highly contested seats.

 

Molly Richter, Associate Director of Development, Talent Management, Massachusetts General Hospital

Molly Richter is the Associate Director of Development, Talent Management for Massachusetts General Hospital, where she is part of the team that manages the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and professional development of a department of over 200 individuals. Prior to joining MGH, Molly worked in the central development office of Mass General Brigham, where she focused on the recruitment of talent within all 14 fundraising departments across the healthcare system. Before pivoting to talent management, she worked in several small fundraising shops where she got to wear lots of hats. Molly has an MBA in nonprofit management from Boston University.
