Lindsey Cimochowski is an accomplished operations leader with over ten years of management experience. She is a servant leader who can focus on the big picture and strategy and the granular details. Key areas of focus are problem-solving, collaboration, and building and managing high-functioning teams. She is currently the Director of Operations and Administration in Development and Alumni Relations at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. She oversees finance, HR, IT, space, fund administration, and data management functions for the department. She has spent over 15 years working in fundraising operations in the Boston area, including for the arts, LGBTQ+ rights, and higher education. In addition to her work experience, she has been a volunteer for Women in Development of Greater Boston since 2014. Her roles have included creating and curating programming to serve the membership, and she is currently the organization’s Treasurer and VP of Finance. She holds a BFA in Sculpture from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and an MS in Arts Administration from Boston University. Lindsey lives in Boston with her husband and their two cats.
