Stephanie Governali
Stephanie is the Director of External Relations and Chief Advancement Officer at Dexter Southfield, where she oversees fundraising, constituent engagement, marketing, and communications. Under her leadership, the school has raised more than $85MM, completed four major capital campaigns, and achieved record growth in annual giving, alumni engagement, and community events. With more than 30 years of nonprofit and education leadership experience, including 17 years at Harvard Business School, Stephanie brings deep expertise in fundraising, strategic communications, and global alumni engagement.
Gloria Namugaya
Gloria Namugaya is the Leadership Giving Director at Treehouse Foundation, where she engages philanthropic partners to strengthen intergenerational communities that support foster youth and older adults. With nearly a decade of nonprofit experience, she has held fundraising leadership roles at West End House Boys & Girls Club and Summer Search Boston, advancing equity, education, and youth development in historically underrepresented communities. Originally from Jinja, Uganda, Gloria holds a law degree from Makerere University and a master’s in International Sustainable Development from Brandeis University’s Heller School.
Dina Zelleke
Dina Zelleke is a consultant following a longtime career as Director of Research at Harvard University’s Alumni Affairs & Development office (2001–2025), where she led a team of 20 supporting the Faculty of Arts & Sciences and six graduate schools. She began her career as a paralegal in the corporate legal department of Southern California Edison and later earned a Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Dina has also been an active leader in the field, serving on the boards of APRA and NEDRA, where she co-chaired the 2007 and 2008 conferences.
