2022-2023 WID Board of Directors

Call for Nominations!

Women in Development of Greater Boston (WIDGB) is currently seeking nominees and expressions of interest for open positions on the Board of Directors. Both self-nominations and nominations of colleagues are enthusiastically welcomed. This is a tremendous opportunity to expand your professional network and help your development colleagues hone and sharpen skills for an ever-evolving industry.

The WIDGB Board, which consists of up to 27 members, is responsible for serving as visible leaders and spokespersons for WID, ensuring that committee activities align with strategic priorities, overseeing the fiduciary health of the organization, and recruiting new members. Many board members serve as committee chairs, overseeing committees to plan the activities of the organization. Board members typically serve a two-year term, beginning in June. Members-at-large serve a one-year term. The board meets four times a year.

WIDGB is committed to build, sustain, and celebrate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As an organization, we seek participation from people of all identities and abilities, at every stage of career experience, and offers a forum to exchange ideas and knowledge.
