The Program Committee Presents Brown Bag Lunch at Your Desk:
"Developing and Managing the Donor Experience for Mid-level Donors"
Read the summary from this program
Presenter: Sondra Madison
Annual fund donors are often undervalued by organizations as high dollar annual donors and especially as major gift prospects. Ninety percent of high dollar donors come from the annual mailing database. This session will present a unique way of developing and managing the donor experience for mid-level donors to major gift prospects. Key to the donor experience is the seamless movement of a donor from their entry level gift to meaningful philanthropic support driven by the donor's passion for the organization and its mission.
This session will provide the following:
- A comprehensive view of Donor Experience Management - from acquisition to closing the gift.
- The best practices for modeling and analysis of donor giving behavior.
- The benefits of constructing a 360 degree view of the donor.
- How to use donor interactions to drive strategy through THD's MindMap process.
- The benefits of developing micro-segments of donors using trigger-based modeling within a dynamic environment.
- Recommended measurements for donor engagement incorporating Moves Management.
