The Program Committee Presents:
"Benchmarking: What is it and how can it help me?"
Read the summary from this program
(The first in a two-part series on benchmarking.)
Speaker: Jay W. Vogt, Peoplesworth
Invest in yourself, and your organization, by understanding the power of benchmarking – a process of continuous learning from the best and brightest in your industry.
You’ll learn what benchmarking is and why you need to know: how you can use benchmarking to improve your organization; and how benchmarking can enhance your case for support. Together we will explore a benchmarking learning process you can apply to your organization, including: preparing your organization; determining what to improve; measuring performance; learning what works, and implementing best practices.
Speaker: Jay W. Vogt is an organizational and human development consultant with over twenty-five years of experience working with government, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and small businesses. He founded Peoplesworth, a private practice in consulting, planning, and counseling, in 1982. He holds a master's degree in counseling from Antioch/New England and a B.A. from Hampshire College. He lives in Concord, Massachusetts, with his wife and daughter. Jay is the author of Recharge Your Team: The Grounded Visioning Approach, a new book by Praeger on his visioning work with clients.
