Development professionals and Board members involved with the corporate community are encouraged to attend this informative and interactive panel discussion. How do non-profit organizations adapt to the changing rules in corporate philanthropy? How do organizations engage the corporate community in meaningful and mutually beneficial ways? This program will answer these questions and many more.

Priya McCue is Senior Director of Institutional Development at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She has been with Dana-Farber for over 9 years, primarily in the corporate and foundation relations arena. Priya oversees Dana-Farber's corporate and foundation relations department as well as its highly successful corporate cause marketing and sponsorship department.

Joanne Jaxtimer is Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Affairs of Mellon Financial, and is responsible for managing a wide range of operations, including the Mellon Charitable Giving Program. Joanne serves on the boards of numerous organizations including Reach Out and Read, National Braille Press, the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Institute for a New Commonwealth (MassINC), and the National Conference for Community and Justice. Joanne has received many awards for her outstanding contributions including WID’s Community Cornerstone Award.

Judy Ozbun is Associate Director, Community Affairs for Genzyme Corporation, one of the top five global biotechnology companies. She has over 15 years of combined experience in Strategic Philanthropy, Community Outreach and Human Resources and was tapped by Genzyme to design and implement the company’s global community relations initiative. Judy is an inaugural member of the Community Investment Leadership Roundtable at the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College. She currently Chair of the Board of Directors of Mass Biotechnology Education Foundation, and serves on several other Boards and advisory committees including the Cambridge Science Club for Girls.

Katherine Shepard is the Senior Corporate Communications Manager at New Balance Athletic Shoe, where her daily focus is in the areas of corporate public relations, social responsibility and government relations for U.S. and worldwide operations. In addition, she manages the New Balance Foundation and Corporate Giving programs. Kathy serves on the board of trustees of The Boston Children’s Museum, Brighton Main Streets Cuvilly Arts and Earth Center and the Presentation School Foundation. She actively serves in an advisory capacity to the Young Entrepreneurs Alliance and the New England Aquarium. She is also on the fundraising committee for the Franciscan Hospital for Children and is a board member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce.
