On April 6, 2011, 40 WID members and friends gathered online to participate in WID's first webinar co-hosted with David Hazeltine and Jodi Scheib from DMW Direct. The program titled, "20 Direct Response Strategies to Win Back Your Lapsed Donors and Members," highlighted proven tactics related to premiums, downgrades, and monthly giving clubs, among many other strategies. The speakers provided thoughtful and practical advice on how to systematically improve annual giving and membership programs. Given the success of this program, the WID Program Committee will seek to host additional webinars in the coming year.
