Read the summary from this program
Presenters: Jodi Scheib, V.P., Fundraising at DMW Direct and David Hazeltine, V.P., Fundraising at DMW Direct
Is your lapsed donor file shrinking? Are your overall membership retention numbers not what they used to be? Re-capturing
lapsed donors and members is a key initiative in every organization's annual plan, and WIDGB would like to offer you
and your fellow members some insight that you can incorporate into your fundraising and/or membership programs.
Join us as WIDGB presents a comprehensive 40-minute webinar which will provide you with 20 great direct mail and e-mail
lapsed re-capture strategies that you can implement immediately. Multi-part campaigns, the use of freemiums and premiums,
and discount offers are a few of the strategies that will be presented. We will also cover some messaging strategies you can use to prevent donors and members from lapsing, and direct mail and e-mail samples, case studies, and results will be displayed. The
format will be a 30-minute presentation, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.
