Women in Development: Celebrating A Quarter Century
The Brown Bag Committee Presents:
"TDF: TOTAL DONOR FOCUS™ - A New Paradigm for Fundraising"
This event is sold out.
Speaker: Matthew K. Eynon, Assistant Vice President of Advancement, Suffolk University
Intense competition in an unpredictable marketplace makes raising money today even more challenging. Evolving expectations of today’s philanthropists and the high rate of staff turnover demands that organizations explore donor-centered fundraising models. Join us on March 30 and learn about the TOTAL DONOR FOCUS™ (TDF™) program.
TDF™ creates an organizational structure keenly focused on the activities, staffing and planning needed to achieve breakthrough success in fundraising by focusing on the needs of the individual donor. Learn how to abandon the traditional "functional silo syndrome" by effectively using interdisciplinary teams to meet institutional goals.
Come and discover how you can build stronger long-term relationships with prospects and donors while raising more cash gifts!
Matthew K. Eynon serves as Suffolk University’s Assistant Vice President of Advancement and oversees all development efforts for the office. Preparing to celebrate its Centennial Anniversary this fall, Suffolk University is in the leadership phase of a comprehensive capital campaign. Immediately prior to his appointment at Suffolk, Mr. Eynon served as Executive Director of University Advancement for the University of Massachusetts Lowell. A faculty member and presenter for CASE and AFP, Mr. Eynon has supported CASE District I as a member of its Board of Directors, is the Chair-Elect for CASE District I, and chaired the CASE DI/DII Conference in 2003.
