  • Associated Grantmakers of Massachusetts: www.agmconnect.org - A regional association of grantmakers, this nonprofit provides services for grantmakers and informational and capacity building services for nonprofits. Website provides a list of MA nonprofits and links to national and local foundations. Provides Common Proposal and Report Form and list of resources available at AGM such as the Janet C. Taylor Library and Associated Grant Makers Directory. Also includes limited listing of Job Postings in nonprofit organizations.

  • Association of Small Foundations: www.smallfoundations.org - National nonprofit that provides information and assistance related to the quality of philanthropy for foundations with staff members of 5 or fewer persons, handling all administrative aspects of foundation work. Lists Association members by state and has suggestions regarding what makes a good grant.

  • CharityAmerica.com: www.charityamerica.com A collaboration between WCVB-TV, TheBostonChannel.com, and CharityAmerica.com, this site links volunteers and donors with Boston nonprofit organizations and lists profiles of local nonprofits and articles relating to fundraising. Visitors can also sign up to donate time, money, items, and fund specific projects.

  • Council on Foundations: www.cof.org - Nonprofit membership association of grantmaking foundations and corporations.

  • Executive Service Corps of New England: www.escne.org - ESCNE is a regional nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable consulting services, resources, and mentors to nonprofits and educational leaders seeking to address critical organizational and management issues.

  • The Foundation Center: www.fdncenter.org - Comprehensive site providing resources for and about grantmakers and general resources and information related to philanthropy.

  • The Giving Forum: www.givingforum.org - The Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers is a national network of local leaders and organizations across the United States that support effective charitable giving. The Forum’s network focuses on the philanthropy of the city, state, and multi-state areas of the U.S. and encompasses 32 regional associations of grantmakers. These regional associations collectively represent more than 4,000 grantmakers and others interested in philanthropy.

  • The Inheritance Project: www.inheritance-project.com - The Inheritance Project explores the emotional and social impact of inherited wealth. Site includes variety of publications and information on presentations and consulting services on this topic.

  • National Center for Family Philanthropy: www.ncfp.org - The National Center for Family Philanthropy, the only national resource center dedicated to family philanthropy, was founded to encourage families and individuals to create and sustain their philanthropic missions.
