Top 25 Reasons for Participating in WID
This "top 25" list was compiled from member responses
to the question "Would you recommend WID to another development
professional and why?" on the membership poll conducted last
spring by the Member Services Committee.
1. Joining WID was the best decision I could have made. I have
made friends, learned from experts, developed professionally,
and am a far better fundraiser and manager than I could have been
without WID.
2. WID offers its members a wide range of resources to help and
be helped -- such as the job listings, City Service, vendor directory
and programming.
3. As a WID member, you have the chance to work on Committees
with a lot of smart, high energy, productive women.
