Jill Kanter is a management consultant, speaker, and writer with expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness and organizational change.  She has worked extensively with clients in large, dynamic organizations in the financial services, hospital/healthcare, telecommunications, and high-tech industries, as well as institutions of higher education and a variety of non-profits.  Ms. Kanter founded her independent practice in 1990, after earning her Ed.M. from Harvard University, where she specialized in organizational development and corporate education. Ms. Kanter recently joined the faculty of Suffolk University’s Corporate Education Department where she teaches Management Development curriculum.  She has also launched a business advice column, “Ask Jill,” published in each issue of WomenandBiz.com, an e-Magazine for entrepreneurial women.
